Broken part weld repair

How the Repair Process Works

Save time and logistics. Ship your damaged aluminum, magnesium, titanium, or stainless steel components directly to our workshop from anywhere in Latvia, Baltics or Europe.

1.Submit Request & Photos:Step 1.

Click the "Start Your Repair Request" button, fill out the brief intake form, and upload clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged area.

2.Get Your Preliminary Estimate:Step 2.

We will review the photos to confirm the material is weldable and the repair is viable. We will reply with a preliminary cost estimate and shipping instructions.

3.Clean & Ship Your Part:Step 3.

Thoroughly clean and degrease the component (no oil, coolant, or road grime residue). Pack it securely and ship it to us via Omniva, DPD, or Courier.

4.Precision Repair & Return:Step 4.

We perform professional AC/DC TIG welding, run quality checks (such as pressure testing or dye penetrant testing where applicable), and ship the restored part directly back to you.

⚠️ Critical Requirements Before Shipping

  • Preparation is Key: To guarantee high-quality weld penetration, parts must be completely clean. A €30 cleaning fee will be applied to any components that arrive covered in oil, grease, or coolant.

  • Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all incoming and return shipping costs.
